Two friends, a camper van, and an obsession with hops. Fuerst Wiacek started in a Berlin kitchen in 2015 and never looked back.
It started in a kitchen.
Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek met at a bouldering gym in Berlin. They started homebrewing on the weekends. They got hooked.
Germany’s first Hazy NEIPA.
By December 2016 they’d brewed Germany’s first New England IPA, delivering kegs to bars out of a camper van.
Five years nomad.
They brewed at partner facilities across Europe. Monthly drives to Bavaria, sleeping in the van, delivering beer on the way home.
Our own place.
They opened their own brewery in Berlin-Siemensstadt — Wohlrabedamm 3. No more borrowed tanks.
