IPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Motueka & Idaho 7.

This refreshing, citrus-forward IPA was named after a drawing session with my 3-year-old daughter, Matilda. Smelling as damp as the socks of its namesake, this beer is sweetened with lime zest and tropical fruit. Lemons, limes and pineapple all dominate with an earthy darkness and balanced bitterness. It’s a real lip smacker.
