This collaboration with our friends at Tripping Animals Brewing in sunny Miami is perfect for the Florida heat. It’s nose is sticky with the heavy sweet aroma of juicy ripe mango and dried apricot. Pleasant earthy notes come through next, adding weight and complexity. On the palate, it’s fresh pineapple and lemon with some bubblegum sweetness. It’s a whole mouthful, lovely and thick and juicy with an incredibly long and tangy lime finish.
