Our Helles is a beautifully balanced, straw coloured classic. Presented unfiltered and unfined to ensure maximum flavour retention.
We use the traditional decoction technique ( information about decoction brewing can be found HERE) to produce this beer ensuring a full, creamy mouthfeel and smooth malty taste. It also helps our helles retain it’s creamy, aromatic crown of foam.
