DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Citra & Galaxy.
Pale, milky yellow. A glass full of bourbon vanilla pudding. Sweet smells of raspberry swirl ice cream, fresh Sicilian lemon, bright green arugula, and Wrigley’s Juicy Fruit gum. It’s like the gum Willy Wonka makes that turns Violet into a giant blueberry, the one with all the layers. Complex flavors, herbaceous, bitter, leafy, green. Ripe melon and unripe nectarine. There are blueberries here too, and violets (not the gum-chewing kind). All washed down with a glass of fresh cream. Fresh lime acidity cuts through with low to medium bitterness and a nice dry yet creamy finish.
