DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Mosaic 701 & Citra .
At Fuerst Wiacek innovation is extremely important to us. We constantly experiment with new ways of doing things and adjust and improve our methods based on these experiments. That’s why we jumped at the chance to be part of the FWD innovation program from Yakima Chief.
We are the only German brewery to take part in the program which gives us access to exclusive new hop products and strains. The first product is a brand new hop extract, Mosaic 701.
Thanks to the extract this beer is BIG on flavours. Big, bold, vivid brush strokes of peach, mango, passionfruit & pineapple. It’s creamy with a hint of fresh joghurt and a chewy, palate cleansing bitterness.
