DDH IPA - Trocken gehopft mit Mosaic & Motueka.
This one comes at you in surround sound. We’ve got Mosaic mixed left and our current favourite NZ hop, Motueka, to the right. There’s apricot and candy floss on the nose and huge mouthfulls of Strawberry, Nectarine, grapefruit & lime zest. It’s a symphony of subtlety presented in full, polyphonic sound.
