American IPA – Dry hopped with Centennial
The flavours are old skool, floral, yeasty, juicy fruit gum and a hint of pine. It’s pleasantly bitter with an oily, resinuous mouth feel. It’s the taste of American craft beer circa 96 when centennial reigned supreme and the only thing you got from New England was chowder and The Patriots.
