As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, driving sales and revenue growth for our business. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.

Your responsibilities will include
- Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through research and outreach
- Conducting outbound sales visits, calls and E-Mails to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform sales tactics and strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Documentation in our Sales tool
Requirements
- Empathy, good listening skills and a desire to please customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, ideally in the beverage or food industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and tactics
- Experience with CRM software,
- Open to working some weekend events or evenings
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and meeting targets
- Quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Proactive, Can-do attitude and positive outlook
- Passion for craft beer and gastro scene and interest in the industry.
- Native or fluent German speaker, and fluent in English
- Nice to have: driver’s licence
